Why Suffer?

I have 30 years of experience with Orthopedic and Medical Massage - I help everyday people, just like you, get their lives back.

I have been practicing Orthopedic & Medical Massage since 1984. For 30 years, my job has been to help people get their lives back, often after serious accidents, injuries, or surgery. Much of my work is centered on deep tissue therapy, surgery prevention, and chronic pain relief. Scientific muscle testing and range of motion tests determine exactly which muscles are affected, and how. Orthopedic and Deep Tissue therapies like Trigger Point, Muscle Energy Technique, Soft Tissue Release, and Sports techniques are used to help your body release restrictions and holding patterns, allowing it to move the way it should.

Primary therapy modalities include Medical Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Release, Muscle Energy Technique, Neuromuscular Re-Education, Active Isolated Sretching, Soft Tissue Release, Sports Massage, Kinesio Taping and Reflexology. I've worked with Plantar Fasciitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Chronic Low Back Pain, Chronic Myfascial Pain Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, and more.

I expect my clients to feel relief in their first session. Sometimes there is some soreness, but they should feel a noticeable reduction in pain, and an improvement in the quality of their movement. If I can't get consistent and significant improvement in 3 sessions, I'll do my best to send the client to someone who can.

You're welcome to contact me by cell or office phone to set up an appointment.
